Women Positioned to Pursue Purpose

Racial inequity also intersects with gender inequity creating different experiences for different affinity communities.  Both racists and sexists micro aggressions and outright discrimination can be heavy burdens to bear.  Black women bear a tremendous amount of that burden and pay an incredible price as they travel their own journey to racial equity.  Because many women bear the responsibility of the family, the racial inequity that they face has an even greater impact on society through their children and families – especially for single mothers.

3D Women has cultivated an environment that allows women to become self-actualized through positive programming, events, mentorship and fellowship. By catering to the mind, body and spirit, the organization amplifies the voices of women of all ages as it empowers them to become change agents for themselves and others.

From young to mature adults, 3D Women shapes women for future success, unlimited possibilities and personal pursuits.

Through enrichment programs that promote financial literacy, empowerment training and mentorship, 3D Women has helped countless women face overwhelming circumstances and seemingly insurmountable odds. With an each one, teach one mentality, 3D women combines community resources and the conventional wisdom of mature women to ensure the well-being of women in their body, mind and soul.  This is a key component of Autonomous Power of a community in pursuing racial equity at the intersection of gender.

3D recognizes that women are the glue that holds families and communities together, often neglecting themselves in the process. 3D Women offers sisterhood to form healthy relationships that remind participants to take a moment to focus on themselves; to continue to give of themselves.

By bridging local businesses, outreach organizations, skilled professionals and mentoring agencies, we focus on the enrichment of women to achieve personal success.

3D Mission

3D’s mission is to help women reach and maximize their full potential as they seek their purpose in life. After tapping into their reservoir of greatness, women will be instructed on how to use their 3D experience to assist other women make discoveries through program activities, proper tools and information. 3D will build and sustain the confidence level needed to transition every aspect of the woman into the person she desires and determines to be.
