DGEP’s mission is to systematically and permanently eliminate wealth gaps based on race and ethnicity by creating global networks of economically equitable teaching cities and communities, anchored and powered by the world’s first Equity Education Research and Development Park
VISION
DGEP’s vision is to be as bold, ambitious, and innovative in creating systematic global racial economic equity (equity by design), as were used to create systematic global racial economic inequity (inequity by design). DGEP will continually bring together the most brilliant hearts and minds on the planet, into an unparalleled cross-sectoral collaborative community, with the tools and resources required to drive systematic and permanent social, environmental, and economic racial equity
ASPIRATION
To strategically invest $1 trillion of equity capital into 1,000 black communities across the world by 2030 ($1 billion into each community) for global upbuilding of systematic racial equity ecosystems.
OPERATIONAL CREDO

MEANING OF THE DGEP LOGO
The Four connected hands of the DGEP logo represents the coming together of the Public, Private, Philanthropic, and Academic communities in the Racial Equity By Design model. The heart in the center of the connected hands represents the “Community”, which is at the heart of the DGEP work.
The colorful hands are a representation of a commitment to broader communities of color, while the black colored heart in the center is a representation of the primary work.
