Turning BIPOC Youth Into Owners

TURNING BIPOC YOUTH INTO OWNERS THROUGH INTERNSHIPS AND APPRENTICESHIPS

Project Destined is launching a nation-wide paid, Virtual Internship Program in Real Estate for diverse, high school and undergraduate students. The 8-week program will explore real estate, the importance of ownership and the power of technology to tell authentic, compelling stories about communities.

Project Based Model

We deliver our programming through the model: TRAIN, COMPETE, GROW. Students work with leading executives to evaluate live deals in their community and present them in a pitch competition.  Scholars emerge with the skills, confidence, experiences and networks that prepare them to secure a strong first job.

Empowerment

We train scholars using a blended (live courses + e-learning) education model that is grounded in ownership, investing and financial health.

Access

We partner with leading corporations and entrepreneurs to provide scholars with access to best of class networks & mentors.

Opportunity

We provide scholars with real world project based experiences that translate into internships, employment and/or certifications.
