- Strengthen the NC Hispanic/Latino Education Pipeline (Pre-K-12-Higher Education- Workforce
The Strategy
- Create action to help change statutes regarding education access
- Grow the tax base to help drive decisions benefiting our communities
- Align with key institutions to deliver culturally appropriate education
- Advocate to attaining credentials of value for well-paying jobs and valuable careers
- Connect with influencers and decision-makers to remove barriers to build towards equity and economic mobility of the Hispanic/Latino Community.

- Create- A statewide campaign to inform the economic power of community
- Align- Efforts with all organizations that are working to get their voices heard
- Advocate-For inclusion in all sectors of the economy

- Advocate-Making recommendations to bridge the gap of cultural understanding
